Boerewors – Farmer Sausage – Traditional South African moist sausage BBQ’d the South African way. Our sausages are chilled for 24 hours so that the seasoning and spices are able to permeate the meat, bringing out the full flavour

Hamburgers and lamb patties are brilliant for outdoor cooking. Ours are top of the range, they are home made and we require at least 4 weeks notice to prepare for a large BBQ.
